Initial training is included when you decide to implement any of our products. We offer group trainings and individual instruction, delivered either on site or over the Web. Client managers work directly with you to develop a customized training strategy that meets your needs and fits within your own organizational constraints.
Our responsive, customer-oriented team provides technical and operational customer support when you need it via telephone and email, at no additional charge. In addition, users can also access integrated help text when using our tools as well as on-line user manuals, FAQs for frequent issues, and release notes for all major product upgrades.
