Training
At Performance Logic, we recognize that training is one of the most important activities needed in order to gain the skills necessary to utilize HealthCommander. We also know that that each client may have unique training needs. Client managers work directly with you to develop a training strategy that meets your needs and fits within your own organization constraints.
To meet each individuals different learning styles and time constraints, we offer both web-based as well as on-site instructor led training sessions. Training sessions are also designed based on how individuals will be utilizing the HealthCommander platform. Examples from our training curriculum include:
- Project Manager Curriculum - Designed to give Project Managers the necessary knowledge and navigational skills to create, update, track, modify and communicate project details within HealthCommander. These training sessions review essentials of project management including creating and maintaining project plans, tracking issues, managing team and resources, monitoring key performance measures, and communicating project updates.
- Director and Executives Curriculum - Designed to give Directors and Executives the necessary knowledge and navigational skills to track, monitor and generate project reports. Attendees will be introduced and shown the procedures for reviewing project updates and tracking project progress for projects and/or scorecards within HealthCommander.
- Team Member Curriculum - Designed to give Team Members the necessary knowledge and navigational skills to participate, track, update and perform assigned project tasks within HealthCommander. In this training session, attendees will be introduced and taught the process of updating and performing assigned tasks within projects and/or scorecards within HealthCommander.
