Performance Logic's driving principle is to ensure that we support our clients and assist them in meeting their performance and project management goals. There are no additional charges for any of our support services. We do not differentiate between clients and offer the highest level of support to all of our customers.

For users, Performance Logic provides both e-mail and toll-free telephone support at no additional charge. In addition, users can also access help built into HealthCommander as well as our support page which includes user manuals for the HealthCommander product, FAQs for frequent tool issues, and Release Notes for all major upgrades.

What distinguishes us from other project management software vendors is our experience in the healthcare industry. In addition to our development team, all of our client support staff are former hospital operations and strategy consultants. As a result, our knowledge in project management, performance improvement, and general hospital operations is unmatched by other vendors.
