Performance Logic's professional services interaction with customers for implementation begins once a decision to begin using HealthCommander has been made. Performance Logic works with the client starting from product definition to deployment/hosting to training to on-going management. Throughout, we ensure that our customers stay engaged in the implementation and ongoing HealthCommander management process, and undertake a variety of activities to capture insights on product usage and future needs including bi-weekly conference calls, in-person meetings, and documentation using HealthCommander.
