Performance Logic, Inc., Ends 2006 with Positive Momentum

Significant New Customer Wins Drive 40% Subscription Growth

New York, NY – January, 26, 2007 –Performance Logic, Inc. (PL), a leading provider of SaaS project portfolio management (PPM) solutions for the healthcare, government, and financial industries, recently announced increased revenues for calendar year 2006. Driven by significant new customer wins, substantial new business with existing customers, and new launches into the financial and municipal government industries, Performance Logic increased year-over-year revenues by more than 40 percent.

Performance Logic continued its success in the healthcare field, adding a number of large integrated health systems to its customer base. Customer wins included several organizations that selected PL's project portfolio management solutions over other providers through competitive bidding processes. In addition, PL also launched EnterpriseCommander and CityCommander, joining HealthCommander as our industry-specific PPM solutions. Both of these new product lines were supported with key customer wins at Magnet Bank (Salt Lake City, UT) and the City of Tucson, AZ.

In addition to expanding its customer base, in 2006 Performance Logic also introduced a major upgrade to its software, once again widening the gap between PL and other PPM vendors. Enhancements include the introduction of Balanced Scorecard Measures, increased analytic capability, and continued improvement in the user interface and project portfolio functions. These product improvements were lauded not only by Performance Logic's customers, but also by an independent review published in October 2006 in Project Manager Today magazine. "CityCommander is serious project portfolio management software....It has matured into a product that allows large public sector and business organizations to capture their complexity and align projects to it," noted Steve Cotterell in the software review.
