Performance Logic, Inc. Signs HealthCommander Subscription Agreement with Santa Clara Valley Medical Center
New York, NY – December 19, 2003 – Performance Logic, Inc. (PL), a leading provider of web-based portfolio and project management solutions specifically designed for the healthcare industry, announced that Santa Clara Valley Medical Center (SCVMC), San Jose, CA has signed a subscription agreement to begin utilizing Performance Logic's HealthCommander product. SCMVC will use the HealthCommander suite of tools to organize and monitor organizational performance improvement initiatives. In addition, SCVMC's Quality Management team intends to build performance scorecards within HealthCommander for a variety of inpatient and outpatient departments. Once the scorecards are setup, ongoing data input and tracking will increase efficiency and provide ready access to information.

Moreover, the versatility of the tool will also let SCVMC plan and monitor quality management initiatives throughout the medical center, which currently has no uniform project tracking approach. The guided and structured HealthCommander process to performance improvement will also serve as a management training tool for those who are not familiar with project management and performance improvement.
